If that doesn't work, I seem to recall contacting AC via DM on Twitter to get a partner PNR as well. I provided them with the AC PNR and they gave me the partner PNR.
But with TAP, the PNR should be the same. Just checked one of my bookings and it worked. A paid one, not Aeroplan. But that should not make a difference.

Note that the TP web site accepts both PNR and ticket number, BTW.
