I just had an unbelievably bad overnight flight in First.

The super version (for now) is basically behaviour of other passengers that was not only tolerated but probably encouraged by LX staff.

Started at check in and went on until the transfer van on arrival in Zurich.

Basically, the F cabin was more or less like a Shinjuku platform.

Any suggestions on where to complain? Is it even worth the effort?
