Delta and AA both have 1 stop options from GSP/ATL/CLT. AA has GSP/CLT/AVL - DFW - PVG, Delta is GSP/ATL/CLT - DTW - PVG
Korean has a 1 stop from atl that is ATL-ICN-PVG

As for star alliance you have 2 options basically for a 1 stop and both have 9-13hr layovers
LH has ATL-FRA-PVG or CLT-MUC-PVG
Turkish has ATL-IST-PVG

Also for a 2 stop the 4 shortest flights i can find are
AVL/ATL/CLT-ORD-HND-PVG
