If it was just booked online then there’s no reason OLCI shouldn’t work for both PNRs, but frankly it’s probably worth having the reservations linked in case of irrops or other issues.
The original booking was done online and the EXST was booked later by phone with an agent. The PNRs should be linked. Flight is non stop domestic. I'm just trying to know what to expect at the airport in order to minimize any hassle factors for my vision impaired spouse. I will report back with what actually happens.
