This is probably a stupid question and I apologize in advance. I have three Delta Vacations (flight + hotel) booked and the flights have now appeared in my pending activity section of my account. Are the MQDs/SMs that show in the pending activity section just for the flights and not the hotels or for the entire purchase? It is not consistent with what I saw at checkout when I booked these trips. Thank you.
