Certification is no longer to be done (for its relevant parts) by Boeing, but by the FAA. So G-ZBJA is not foreseen to be coming into service until mid-June at the very earliest.
Presumably linked to the Max crashes and the Senate Committee recommendations on independent reviews being done by FAA rather than Boeing employees authorised by FAA (who turned out to be commercially-incentivised to speed up certification activities).
