Tonight is 2 smaller cuts, perfect for getting on a flight. However medium rare tonight is turning into a mastication marathon. I’m still going at one piece since I started writing this. Perhaps more like NY Jerky. Good job the mash is well mashed.
I had this 2 weeks ago, and it was not too big size and was medium cooked. It was soft, but after tasting the one at the Conrad Maldives the week before, it did not manage to beat the one from Conrad from both taste and "cut resistence "
I ordered it without fries, just the meat.
