Given UK call centre doesn't open til 6, we're on the bus to T5 and hoping to finish rebooking the flight to Naples if someone else hasn't snapped up the availability in the meantime time, is it the customer service desks we need to head to?
Check the BA app, hopefully you’ll find you’ve been rebooked already or possibly you’ll be offered options there. If not, get straight back on the phone to BA.
Im not sure you’ll be able to get much help landside at T5.
