Club room maybe not worth it, there was no lounge, You get breakfast buffet, but you can get that and other food in the mall
Nakasu (a red light area) is across the canal out front and easy walk to the yatai food stalls.
Airport transfer from international terminal is the right price for me, less than US $25.
Taxi to the station is inexpensive, prefer the driver turns left when leaving the hotel but right turn is ok.

There used to be a bus to the station that stopped in front of the Washington Hotel on one side of the mall. I hope they bring it back. The closest stop how is a bit less convenient.
There is a huge lounge now with an outdoor seating area. Breakfast is now in the lounge and the lounge experience overall has been greatly improved since the lounge reopened. Even if breakfast in the restaurant is no longer an option.
