Wondering what the policy is regarding upgrades. FHR says only certain room categories are eligible for upgrade. I believe the concierge at the Intercontinental Ljubljana said even if you get upgraded to a club room, you won't get club access. So I booked a room with club access, but then is it impossible to get an upgrade?
Also, any experience on whether FHR upgrades are easier to get or Platinum upgrades? I believe FHR are guaranteed for certain room types, but not Platinum.
