Protect my account from?? myself?
I am sure this has been discussed extensively - but humor me and let me vent
I have not used the BV app in about a month - and needed to login to make a reservation, potentially for tonight
The app wanted me to change my password - and provided a link to the website - didnt work
Went to the website on my computer to try and change it - didnt work
emailed my Ambassador in frustration - I can predict how that will go
Who does their IT?
Does anyone check this stuff before they roll it out?
