That's Gary's "Thought Leadership" at work. He's already gotten a cease and desist from the flight attendant union, so he isn't afraid of stating things without fact basis. While this "thought" is plausible, I wouldn't believe for a second that it actually came from someone at BA. I won't dismiss it entirely though, as it does make sense given BA's much higher J ratio on their planes.
