That is quite accurate in my experience. I took nearly 100 flights in Europe last year and I can't recall a single negative incident with screeners. They seem to be far more professional and consistent than the average TSA screener, which should be obvious as the TSA is a new agency.
Then again there isn't a single agency overseeing all screeners in Europe. In fact there are dozens of them. So how is it that they are more consistent across multiple countries and cultures than the TSA is within a single country?
