Luckily in my past year of stays I haven't had anything lower than a superior room. But for my colleagues, and even in the non-suite rooms, the biggest issue is the lack of space in the bathroom (or standard room itself). The vanity on the single sinks is non-existent, with one side hovering over the toilet, which makes the counter on top almost unusable. Only other complaint is the $27 a night parking rate, which is ridiculous when the entire area is a ghost town post-7pm. Otherwise, staff treated us very well the times we stayed and the hotel was pleasurable with a nice gym with floor to ceiling windows overlooking STL.
