BOS-MUC was last served by the A359 in 2018, if I recall correctly? I enjoyed the novelty of a new aircraft that year, but was pleased when the A346 replaced it in 2019. The A380, as I recall, was first scheduled for 2020, but we all know what happened there.
I thought perhaps they might be gambling on Allegris F being available by then, but there are no non-stop F options from MUC to BOS (taking 24th January again).
