Have to agree with
Mr Bruce. It is important to share that information with other FlyerTalkers for several reasons.
1) There are Marriott Lurkers who frequent this board (
Bruce and I know one from the DL FL bash last year)... You still need to advise Marriott Corp. about this hotel.
2) FT is an information service to all FTers. You may help prevent another FTer from having the same experience in the future. (You may also enlist the aid of a fellow FTer who has had problems at this property before.)
BTW, I must respectfully disagree with
aaupgrade regarding point 6. Yes it is unprovable, but someone was looking through your bag (as long as you are anal and not delusional
) This is serious and the hotel needs to be aware of this. Many hotels now use outside contractors for cleaning rooms.....a policy that I
HATE. I personally know of instances where entire housekeeping crews disappeared when word of INS raid was leaked.
