But realistically, this probably tops out at a Sheraton on the 737.
It's a Motel 6. If 3/4 of a hotel is built, marketed and sold as a Motel 6, the entire thing is a Motel 6. Even if they add a couple of nicer rooms at the front of the hotel that people can pay extra for.
(And, no, there's no Ritz option anywhere in play here. Not even on the 787.)
