Lisbon: easiest are the beaches long the Cascais line from Cais do Sodre station. If you get off at Estoril, the station is right at one of the beaches, and there are others a few minutes walk away. Showers available on the boardwalk, and as for for food and beer, well, as with every popular beach you pay for the location. Those are urban beaches, and when the weather's good, they are full.
