- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes
- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked One Bedroom Poolside and got it. No upgrade offered.
- How are the rooms? The room is clean and we quite like it, because we are next to the pool. Nothing to complain so far, we have booked for 3 nights and now it is the first night here.
- What was good and what was bad? Everything has been okay so far, and no negative things found.
- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A
- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? We got one drink voucher for "Accor Welcome Drink" and I don't know yet what it is. Since we don't drink alcohol, I'd be happy with soda water.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? No idea of the value.
Would we return? Probably not, I still wonder what happened to the upgrade, and why no welcome amenities.
EDIT: Found out that we have been given 500 THB spending credit to the hotel cafe. This was not clearly communicated to us due to the language barrier. This 500 thb free credit mend the situation look much brighter.
