Giving this thread a shameless bump, as the fare & routes are still available, but now with the added bonus that they are now damp-leasing Hi-Fly's only A330-300, which has 1-2-1 business seating on the KQ 310 / 311 rotation. Most locations in East Africa still available (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, JNB), southern Africa seems to be have bumped up.

Just flew this, significant improvement over the Hi-Fly A330-200 variant, and while the cabin was a bit stuffy, it was still comfortable and spacious -- the "armrest" on the side is big enough to fit the entire meal tray. Seat is good for sleeping (well, as much as one can get on a 4 hour overnight ...). Screens continue to not work, with the added "bonus" of randomly switching on saying "welcome aboard" while you are sleeping, at max brightness.
