It looks like you could go for a nap in the
Serenity Lounge or one of the Sanctuary areas in Terraces lounge.
If you are flying BA ex-T4 and have lounge access you have a reasonable amount to keep you occupied for 3-4hrs.

-First Internet Cafe (I got in when flying CW)
-Numerous lounges (2 x Terraces, Serenity etc)
I was dropped off at 11am for a 3.05pm flight and had no too many problems in passing the time. Especially when you factor in getting shuteye in one of the sleeping areas
