What I have experienced over the past 2-3 years, is that I mostly get surveys after i had good to great experiences.
currently on a 4.5-week roadtrip, where all my nights are in Hyatts, except for 7 nights, where we are renting a house in Cape Coral.
so far on this road trip, I have received 1 survey from HP Ft, Wayne which was really good for a HP.
all other Hyatts were just ok, and I‘d have a couple of issues I would like to report, but did not receive a survey.
currently in GH Nashville, which is fantastic, and nothing to complain about.
I wonder how „random“ these surveys really are, or if Hyatt just wants to hear positive feedback. That is what I am currently really suspecting.
any thoughts, experiences?
