When you submit, the website says you should receive a verification email within 5 mins and to send an email if it didn’t arrive.

So about half an hour after submission, I emailed them.

And nearly instantly got a (bot generated?) email to check within 24 hours and email again.

If we’re supposed to wait up to 24 hours, then jolly well say so at the time of submission.

Not a good start…
