Asking for that high an amount, when even the most egregious issues do not receive even close to that anymore, (after the rep or bot stops laughing) will probably result in a polite decline to offer any compensation. DL would much rather see someone that asks for such an unreasonable amount fly a different airline as this type of pax will cost them a lot more than they will earn.
