I actually went and got some Kebudz AirStrapz for my airpods. The last time I was in F, the service was excellent. However, I managed to drop one of my airpods into the seat when talking to the crew, who then had to rescue it. There's probably not as much of a danger of that in CW though.

I haven't tried them yet, but I suspect they work "good enough".
