You missed this one! In all serious, there's nothing much I'd miss from not being Gold. I prefer the T5B lounge over F any day. I guess the F security is a decent perk, Although north fast track security is pretty swift, I personally hate coming out that end of T5 for various reasons, but primarily as the BA north lounge is one of the worst and you have to then make your way through a very busy T5 fighting the crowds.
