Try clearing all your cookies, re-opening the browser\app, restarting phone and trying again.
There are some scenarios where things get into a loop with certain configurations, setups and sequences of actions, starting again from scratch is often the only way to clear them. It is unlikely you will be able to provide detailed enough information on the exact steps and config you have that will enable to real root cause of the issue to be determined because there are just too many possibilities.
