So, I recently signed up for the Free Bonvoy Bold card from Chase, and it just arrived in the mail along with a note saying that the 15 ENCs were going to 5 as of July this year. Since I think the documentation said these would be deposited in April, following when you were a card member as of 12/31, does that mean I will in fact not get the 15 ENCs I signed up for? (I guess another way to ask is if the nights are credited upfront or at the end of a card membership year?)

As per the
offer details, Upon opening your Card Account through 7/10/24, a maximum of 15 Elite Night credits will be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy® member account within 60 days. To be eligible to receive the 15 Elite Night Credits with this Card, you must be the primary Cardmember and you must have an active Marriott Bonvoy Member Account linked to your credit card account.
