As I understand it no and follow the advice of Lefty there.

A member of a BAEC Household account can link their individual BAEC membership number to their Privilege Club account provided that they are over 18 years old. However, only their individual balance of Avios can be moved.

Once Avios are moved to an account, the terms and conditions of the associated programme will apply i.e. the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions or the BAEC Terms and Conditions.
