At Narita, You can use any of the Sakura lounge of JAL, I recommend to use Sakura Lounge 'Annex' in your case.

All JAL lounges have no shower facility, so you have to give up or use transit facility, I think it costs $3-$5 for 30 mints

In-flight service is dinner (3 choice, normally Beef, Fish, or Japanese), personal TV but not VOD. JAL(JALways) use 747-300 (not, -400) in this time slot, so nothing exciting with seating, about 50 inch-pitch, not recline so much compared to AA Business class. My seat recommendation is 15A or K in upper deck (not always available) , All exit seats are pre-reserved for Jal Global Club members.
