Good to know re: Kaiten Zushi. My toddler is a sushi fiend so we've been to Kazu Nori, the handroll place, which is also super fast as long as there's no line, and it's incredibly good quality for the price. Nothing michelin-worthy but really good handrolls for sub-$10. It is just across Broadway from the Ritz.

Kazu Nori was lined up all the time. Delicious. We had a 2 and 4 year old so the novelty of Kaiten Zushi plus the speed and variety of the food was tough to beat for the kids. We weren’t eating so we didn’t overly care.
