I used to be able to book a hotel stay using my free night certificate even if the date of stay was after the expiration date of the certificate, as long as I booked the hotel before the certificate expired. This no longer seems to be the case. Is there any way to use the certificate once it has expired? I literally have a trip like 5 days after the certificate expires and would love to use it on that trip, and this used to be possible. Any suggestions? Thanks!
