Mrs. Cappy got this yesterday. Exact same terms (Silver until Nov '24 with chance to keep it at same $ threshold). She has never had delta status other than a similar temporary status offer in the past. I got nothing although I have held Gold status in the past. Guess some computer at Delta thinks she is a better prospect than me (which is actually true for Delta - not my favorite anymore) ...

If someone is trying to reverse engineer triggers:
1. She has two delta flights booked for later this year
2. She has Delta Gold Amex
3. She has Plat Amex

That is all I can think of that might trigger it for her other than past flying patterns which would be largely infrequent / vacation trips on Delta.
