Hey folks, how strict are EK at enforcing hand luggage rules? When I last travelled in Y, you could have a carry on plus one personal item (I’d see laptop bags brought on along with a rolling bag).

On my next flight i see mention only of a 7kg “hand baggage”. Is this strictly enforced?
