Those guys have to move a lot of bags quickly. I personally didn't find the video that egregious. Everybody wants their bags to make the connection, and nobody wants a three hour connection to facilitate that. You just can't deliver white glove treatment in that environment.

Perhaps there should be a "white glove" add-on option for a fee of $50 per bag for things that really matter.
