Had a brief one night stay. Booked an Imperial King and was upgraded to their Alcove Suite which was quite nice for a junior suite. Over all a decent WA stay, worth mentioning they do not use Aesop products, instead Acqua di Parma in mini bottles is provided. I had their brunch which was not only expensive but not very good. If you like cold kebab, and lukewarm/tough prime rib then it might be for you. The Imperial lounge is decent but not a whole lot is provided, I wouldn't pay to upgrade to it.
What was their response to the unsatisfactory brunch?
