There is definitely a shortage of info on *A RTW in general. You can use Expert Flyer to get prices from any particular country. Pick an airport as the start and finish point, then same airport as point of sale. Pick some future start date and filter for business class only if you prefer. As of May 14, and in USD, I found for a business class CRWSTAR1 RTW that Japan was $4530, Norway $6231, Korea, $6304, Germany (and all Western Europe) $7055. I checked Egypt but no prices showed at all.
