With the first A380 going into refurb later this year/early next, BA must have a good idea of how their new F suite will look as the thing needs to be planned, designed, manufactured, ready for the refurb. Anyone who works in manufacturing knows that tooling up takes months, never mind the actual manufacturing process. ie. they'll have already signed off on these design plans.
Better to keep low/to no expectations and be pleasantly surprised.
