I booked an economy plus booking BCN LHR via Amex Travel. BA.com won’t let me do FCOD, and I called the call center and they said there’s an add collect, which I assume is wrong. Are TA bookings eligible for FCOD and can the TA do it? I would assume they’d ask for the add collect, but curious on data points.
