That's not compliant. If you enter from HK, your flight out has to go to anywhere other than HK (e.g. Thailand, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Japan).

ETA: I checked flights since posting and it appears that salvaging this without getting a visa shouldn't be difficult or expensive.
a) If you want to keep the night in HK on the way back, you can fly nonstop from PEK or PKX to MFM on June 3 for less than Y750
b) if you want to go skip HK on the return, there are lots of ways to get from Beijing to Phuket that don't entail stopping in HK or any Mainland cities (e.g. I find the CA nonstop to be quite attractive at Y1529)
