Generally the only good quality hotel breakfasts out there are a la carte offerings, except at some five-star resorts and whatnot where they have a buffet with higher-end meats, smoked fishes, cheese, in-house made pastries, premium jams, and the option to add made-to-order egg dishes. I don't think there is a Bonvoy property in the Boston area that has that kind of quality buffet included for Bonvoy elites as a welcome amenity.)
I'm personally not a fan of scrambled eggs, but I don't mind having a boiled egg and smoked salmon along with a bunch of pastries. Is that even possible? I remember getting smoked salmon some years back at the Boston Marriott Newton but I got lucky that the breakfast rate was cheaper than the regular rate for some odd reason at that time.
