some funny update: twitter team says "we have checked on our end and the change fee applies as this is a One World Explorer fare". call center even worse, one agent asked me: "why do you think we should not charge changing fee?" while another one told me she contacted their support team and no only they gonna charge me changing fee but also fare difference.... avoid QF at all cost is all I can say
