Nope. "No Elite bonus earning" means you don't get extra miles on top of the accrual chart as you did before.

Silver members receive 50% more Miles, Gold members receive 75% and Platinum and Ultimate members receive an extra 100%. The Elite bonus earning percentage is capped at 100%.
