Why wouldn't scootplus just have a J designation? It's technically the "business class" of the flight. Have you done scootplus on arrivals?
I think ScootPlus is more of a premium economy product than business. Certainly the seat is much more comparable to premium economy as well as pricing. Not that it is definitive in this case but Google Flights also classifies ScootPlus as premium economy not business.
