it is really just 10 minutes walk between them. Continental is a tiny little bit more central, but all of Central Oslo is walkable and in my view there are more good restaurants in and close to Sommero but it really depends on what you like to eat. Sommero has great public spaces, some of the bars and restaurants are the most popular place to go in Oslo, and there is a nice spa and pool as well. I live close and would consider a staycation there because of all the facilities, the interior design and the vibe while I would not consider a staycation at Continental which is more old-fashioned in my view
