Two questions (maybe we can add these to the wiki):
1. How long have others waited for E+ sub to become active? I purchased yesterday and still do not see anything on my account (not on the subscriptions page, and does not work when I try to select a seat for upcoming flight)
2. With E+ sub, do you also get free access to "preferred" seating? (Seats closer to front of plane but that do not have extra pitch)
