How old was it? There was a single one with NY plates hanging around the east coast back in ~2018 or 2019. I had it in PHL a few times, drove it to NC, and got it in PHL later on (I own an older Ridgeline, so I took this one every chance I could get basically as an extended test drive to see if I should upgrade). I wonder how many other cars I see multiple times, but don't realize it since they all blend together. I've also seen 2 other Ridgelines in the past few months that were obviously purchased used (FL PM tags). They're definitely a unicorn, but one I welcome!
