I enrolled the connect miles program 7 years ago. No problem for me to accumulate miles and buy miles. This is my first time to use my miles for redeeming an award ticket. It takes me ridiculous long time (more than 20 email reply in 4 months to provide them my copy of passport, ID, and even hotel/flight reservation). They still didn't solve my problem now and just tell me to wait! My miles are about to expire.
how can I do? any suggestions?
