l believe all international flights into Chicago arrive into T5 - my understanding is that T5 is the only terminal where there is a US Customs Borders and Immigration facility.
Connecting International passengers have to transfer between T5 and T3 landslide normally on the airport terminal transfer train.
BA/AA/JL/EI then have to move the aircraft from T5 to T3 for departures.
