I could not care less about leaving - what about arrival into the country - does that take place at T3 these days or as before? I'm sorry if this has been mentioned before but that bit seems to be drowned by Lounge Angst. I reall do not want to sound blasée but I do not have a fixation about which Lounge I can use as I am haply to be in one at all. That said the Flagship Lounges are excellent.
l believe all international flights into Chicago arrive into T5 - my understanding is that T5 is the only terminal where there is a US Customs Borders and Immigration facility.
Connecting International passengers have to transfer between T5 and T3 landslide normally on the airport terminal transfer train.
BA/AA/JL/EI then have to move the aircraft from T5 to T3 for departures.
