Grand Hyatt Bengaluru [mentioned in a pipeline update somewhere upthread] is planned to open with 400 rooms within the mixed-use Phoenix Marketcity development by FY 2028. It also mentions a planned 600-room hotel in the Thane area of Mumbai; would be nice if they slotted a Hyatt in there and moved the city's St. Regis to the portfolio too.
